In addition, he is a Master in Commercial Property (MiCP) designee, having completed specialized training in commercial real estate marketing, sales, and leasing strategies with a client-centric approach. Before founding Bay City Realty, Mehdi built a dynamic career as a Commercial Advisor at SVN Southland Commercial and as a multi-unit IHOP franchisee, where he oversaw multiple locations, led a team of over 250 employees, and managed high-volume operations across Alabama and Florida. This extensive experience gives him a rare dual perspective—combining hands-on business leadership with strategic real estate insight.

An original Founder and Partner of Bay City Realty, Wendi has been involved with the company’s overall strategy, vision and growth since its start, while continuing to deliver exceptional value for her own clients each day.
Prior to founding Bay City Realty, Wendi held positions with SVN Southland Commercial and News Radio 1620| 92.3. In addition, she is an active Board Member for The Gulf Coast Minority Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of The National Association of Realtors and The Pensacola Association of Realtors.
Wendi utilizes her experience in marketing, negotiations, and professionalism to earn business in her career with commercial real estate. She has gained a well-deserved reputation for providing outstanding service to those she serves and believes that relationships are more important than transactions.
